One month in bottle after bottling.
It’s a bright, fruited, young refreshing white with apple and lemon notes in the aroma and tasting. It’s a pleasant easy drinking wine, very smooth, easy drinking perfect for every day consumption.
Excellent as aperitif, it’s also a delicious complement of dishes with vinegar, fish, and white meat, vegetarian, Mexican, Indian and Thai gastronomies and as well lighter flavoured dishes and fresh cheeses. We recommend to serve at the temperature of 8-10ºC.
