Deep colour, tart crowberries on the nose and in the taste, hint of mahogany and bushy herbs in the aroma. Dark berries dominate throughout the taste, a typical food wine with tart fruit. Maybe a bit short in the finish, but well-made and special. Try it with for example cured meat.
