Destemming, pelicular maceration and pressing. Cooled to 15ºC, the must passes by a vacuum filter with perlites. The fermentation is achieved through active dry yeasts, the temperature being controlled between 16ºC and 18ºC.
The wine is aged in bottle a minimum a month after bottling.
It's a superb bright pink colour with an intense aroma and flavour of berry and tropical fruits. Well balanced it's a young, refreshing and fruited rose wine, with a long and intense tasty finish.
It's a perfect aperitif and wonderful complement of soups, salads, seafood, fish, pasta, pizzas and all white meat dishes. Serve at 10ºC.
