Destemming, pelicular maceration and pressing. Cooled to 15ºC, the must passes by a vacuum filter with perlites. The fermentation is achieved through active dry yeasts, the temperature being controlled between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Bright, intense flavor and aroma of strawberry and tropical fruit. With good balance, is a young wine, refreshing, very fruity, which ends in a long final, intense and very tasty.
Excellent aperitif and great addition to soups, salads, seafood, fish, pasta, pizzas and white meats. Serve at 10 º C.
