Quinta de Porto Franco single estate
Destemming, pelicular maceration and pressing. Cooled to 15ºC, the must passes by a vacuum filter with perlites. The fermentation is achieved through active dry yeasts, the temperature being controlled between 16ºC and 18ºC.
The wine is aged in bottle a minimum of one month after bottling.
Produced with two of the best Portuguese grape varieties, feels an aroma and flavor that combines ripe fruit, lime, green apple, youth in a refreshing and tasty tasting.
Ideal to serve at 8 - 10 º C as an aperitif, or as a complement to seafood, sushi, poultry, fish and fresh cheeses.
